TUESDAY

From forest and farm

Every Tuesday we highlight ingredients from the Nordic forest and the Swedish countryside. The menu varies according to the season but may include seasonal vegetables and herbs in the starter, followed by carefully prepared meat from the forest or farm along with root vegetables, vegetables and tasty side dishes. The evening ends with a dessert inspired by Swedish ingredients and traditions.

Wednesday

Flavors of the sea

Every Wednesday we offer a menu inspired by the sea and seasonal ingredients. The menu could include, for example, a Jerusalem artichoke-based starter with sour and crispy elements, followed by gently cooked fish with root vegetables, butter sauce and summer vegetables.
