Grövel Tour 9 (GT9)
Jakobshöjden
A short but demanding tour of about 5 km that starts at Grövelsjöns Fjällstation. The path goes steeply upwards with almost 300 meters of elevation gain, over rocky ground that makes the trail technically challenging. Once up on Jakobshöjden you are rewarded with a magnificent view of Grövelsjön, Storvätteshågna and Salsfjället. On clear days you can also see the Norwegian mountain classic Rendalssølen – “The Queen” – rising in the distance.
